Hi, I'm Helen! 👋

I'm a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator, and fitness enthusiast based in Vancouver, Canada.

If you're a busy professional who:

  • Struggles to lose weight

  • Has tried diets in the past that just don't stick

  • Is confused with all of the conflicting nutrition information out there

  • And wants guidance to reach your weight loss goals

... then you've come to the right place.

My mission is to empower people just like you to lose weight by making sustainable lifestyle changes, without having to cut out any foods or go on another diet.

I get it. You're committed to losing weight for good. But you're also busy and you have other stuff going on. Work, business, family, kids, relationships, social life. You need balance, and you need something that works - not another cookie-cutter diet.

If this resonates with you and you'd like to take your nutrition goals to the next level, let's chat!

About ðŸ‘£

I was always interested in and loved learning about nutrition and health from a young age. I also loved to exercise, which went hand in hand with my nutrition habits.

I ended up trying popular diets such as the low carb diet, and simply trying to compensate for eating by over-exercising or trying to restrict my calories too much.

At its peak, this led to an eating disorder - orthorexia, which is an unhealthy obsession with eating healthy food.

Sound familiar? The more extreme, the better, right?

Unfortunately, I learned the hard way.

This came with mental and physical health consequences. In the end, it wasn't sustainable and it wasn't a fun way to live.

It's been a journey, but I'm proud to say that it's possible to find a balanced way of eating that works for both your lifestyle AND your weight loss goals.

And it's possible for you, too.

Losing weight doesn't mean you need to go on another restrictive diet or deprive yourself of your favorite foods.

The key to long-term weight loss success is getting to a place of balance and moderation, supported by habits.

Where you can have the salad AND the cookie - without guilt.

How we get there is different - because we're all unique individuals on different paths and on different points on the path.

Which is why it's so important to personalize the approach used for each individual.

Whether it's losing the last 5 pounds - or perhaps you have 50+ more pounds to go -

We all have our own reasons for wanting to lose weight that go beyond the surface and can be deeply personal to us.

Maybe you want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without joint pain or getting out of breath.

Maybe you want to live a long, healthy life without functional limitations so you can be the best parent to your kids, watch them grow up, and set a good example for them.

Maybe you simply want the undeniable confidence you once had from being able to wear clothes that fit, being self-confident in your own skin, and truly loving your body and the way you look in the mirror.

Investing in your health is arguably the greatest investment you can make that translates into all other areas of your life - whether it's your social life, professional life, or the personal relationship you have with yourself.

And trust me - after speaking with many people - you don't want to look back a year - or heck, 5 or 10 years from now - wishing you took action now.

So if your goal is to lose weight, and this resonates with you - I'd love to hear from you!

Thank you and I'm excited to be with you on your weight loss journey!

Helen 💛
