I'm a Registered Dietitian who has worked with hundreds of people just like you.

We recognize that what works for one person may not work for another person, so the approach we use for each client is different and individualized - not a one-size-fits-all diet.

  • Is 90 days enough for me to reach my goals? Can I enrol for longer than 90 days?
    The program is designed to be 90 days. However, we understand everyone starts at a different place and progresses at a different pace - change certainly doesn't happen overnight. We will discuss the optimal length for you during our call together. The program can be offered in 6 month or 1 year intervals. There is also the option to renew after 3 months if it's a good fit for us to continue working together.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we offer monthly payment plans. We understand everyone's financial situation is different and we want to accommodate for that.
  • I have a health condition. Can I enrol in the program?
    It depends on the health condition. If it is outside of my area of expertise, I will refer you to a more appropriate health professional. If it's an area within my area of expertise, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, PCOS, heartburn, or controlled Celiac Disease, you may still enrol in the program.
  • I have special dietary needs. Can I enrol in the program?
    Absolutely! I respect everyone's different dietary restrictions, such as vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free, and will take that into account in our sessions and your meal plan or recipe book. We can discuss this more in depth in our Discovery Call.
  • I am actually trying to build muscle - ideally while losing fat at the same time. Can I enrol in the program?
    Yes. Although this program is tailored to weight loss, if you are following your own workout routine, I can assist with the nutrition portion to help you build muscle, as this is an area I have experience with as well. You may be able to build muscle and lose fat at the same time, depending on a variety of factors. This can be discussed in our Discovery Call.
